About
Learn about the bookclub, how group therapy through reading works and if its right for you.

What is therapy bookclub?
I created the Therapy Book Club to bring people together through shared reflection, meaningful conversation, and emotional growth. Whether you’re a therapist or someone on your own healing journey, this is a space to explore, connect, and grow.
At its heart, this book club is about creating a gentle, supportive community where we can deepen our understanding of ourselves and others through the power of therapeutic reading and reflection.
For Individuals
If you’re joining for your own personal development, you’ll find a safe and welcoming space to explore therapeutic themes, gain insight, and connect with others who value emotional growth and self-awareness.
For Therapists
If you’re a counsellor or psychotherapist, the Therapy Book Club offers a reflective space alongside your supervision, where you can deepen your understanding, connect with peers, and nurture your professional and personal growth. It’s a place to pause, reflect, and feel supported in the work you do.
A Little About Me
I’m a counsellor and psychotherapist in private practice, and I also work as a clinical supervisor supporting other therapists. Over the years, I’ve seen how powerful it can be when people come together to reflect and share in a safe, compassionate space. The Therapy Book Club grew from that belief — that healing and growth happen most deeply in connection with others.
